Manhattan Beach is a mainly residential coastal community with a small town feel. Located on the southern coast of Los Angeles County, Manhattan Beach, along with Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach, is one of LA’s “Beach Cities.” With its tree-lined streets and gorgeous homes, the city offers its residents an excellent quality of life.

Perfect year-round weather, beautiful beaches, fine restaurants and tons of activities are just some of the reasons visitors frequent this town. The Manhattan Beach Pier is a landmark of this city and the beach offers several sand volleyball courts, surfing and the paved bike path which parallels the ocean. Other activities include picnicking at one of the city’s seven parks or playing golf at the 9-hole public golf course. There are plenty of boutiques and shops near the beach and on nearby Sepulveda Boulevard.
